Hey all, recently upgraded from XP to Vista, installed Vegas2 with all patches and fan map pack. Then transferred my old profile to the new install. But now for the life of me, I cannot login to my in game profile or the UbiIsoft website. I tried to reset password on the website and it keeps giving me an error message, so I try to contact Tech support, the Webmaster, all requires a login to do anything on the website? What the hell? I need to login to get help, but I can't login, then how do I get help?
Either this is a very dumb system or a very smart system to keep people like me from contacting them for support for issues like this. Which I can see there is a lot of it going on. Anyone have any ideas? I know I can probably create a new email and register with that but can I use my existing character? Thanks, Andy |
